Keeping in line with the topic of the
week I'm presenting the greatest example of a rebellious sinner.
This Personality's name means 'day star,' or 'son
of the morning. He had the favor of God upon him, but pride and sin cost him everything.
He was created to
dwell eternally in the throne room of heaven, in the very presence of God.
He was a step above
the others in his class, not only in appearance but also in intellect. His
wisdom far exceeded that of other beings. He understood the ways of God.
Even though he had wisdom, beauty, ability, perfection, he wanted more; he wanted to be worshiped like God.
Once he was rejected by God, his goal became to constantly attempt to oppose the all mighty's plan. He even attempted to tempt Jesus.
His name changed to
The Prince of Darkness once he was ousted.
